Wakaboomer GIRLS Who Code
Special thanks to Nakisa Glover of Sol Nation and Girls Who Code who traveled from Charlotte to share coding basics and how girls across the state are making their own apps.
Thanks to Sowjanya Reddy, a Software Developer at Cisco who shared what to expect from her as the NEW facilitator of Wakaboomer GIRLS Who Code which will launch May 18th.

Wakaboomee Law Literacy
Thank you to Robert Robinson Jr., Universoul Circus & NC Department of Public Safety Campaign Coordinator who conducted a workshop to introduce Wakaboomers to law literacy education.
Wakaboomee Vietnam Pals
Thanks to Stella Khavo and Steve Khavo for helping Wakaboomers write letters to kids in Vietnam! Wakaboomers will share ways they help others locally and collaborate with their Vietnamese pen pals on new ways to help even more people internationally.
